How tracking works

Your order number (it starts with HO-) is in your confirmation email, and the courier AWB number is in the dispatch email — either one works in the box above. Orders are processed at our Delhi facility within 1–3 working days, and tracking usually goes live within 24 hours of the courier picking your parcel up. If you ordered a few hours ago and nothing shows yet, that is normal — the parcel simply hasn’t met its courier.

Reading the status

Pickup scheduled means the courier has been booked and your parcel is packed. In transit means it is moving between hubs — this is the longest stretch, typically 4–8 working days across India depending on your pincode, with remote areas and festival weeks at the slower end. Out for delivery means it reaches you that day; couriers usually call first. Shipping is free on all orders, and Cash on Delivery parcels carry the small handling fee you saw at checkout.

If nothing moves

Courier scans sometimes pause for a day at big hubs. If your tracking shows no movement for more than 48 hours, or a status that doesn’t make sense, write to care@roshnibotanicals.com with your order number — we chase the courier from our side rather than leaving it to you.
