Because our products are personal-care preparations made in small batches, we accept returns only for items that arrive damaged, defective or incorrect.
Damaged or wrong item
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, write to us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photograph. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund.
Refund timeline
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 working days. For Cash on Delivery orders, we refund by bank transfer once you share your details.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once shipped, the standard returns terms above apply.
