Our products
HerbOcean products are classical Ayurvedic medicines manufactured in-house in Delhi under AYUSH Licence No. DL-474 A&U, formulated on the four-decade legacy of Vaidya Shri Ram Prakash Ji. They are intended for external use only and are traditionally used in the Ayurvedic care of skin and hair. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment; for severe, sudden or persistent symptoms, please consult a qualified doctor or dermatologist.
Sensible use
Read the label and the full ingredient list on each product page before use, and patch-test on the inner forearm before first use. Discontinue use if irritation develops. Keep products out of reach of children, away from the eyes, and store as directed on the pack.
Pricing and payment
All prices are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Online payments are processed securely by Razorpay (UPI, cards and netbanking), and Cash on Delivery is available with a small handling fee shown at checkout. We take care over pricing, but where a genuine error occurs we may correct it and offer you the choice of paying the correct price or cancelling with a full refund.
Orders
An order is accepted when we confirm dispatch. We may decline or cancel an order where stock, serviceability, payment verification or a pricing error requires it, and any amount already paid is refunded in full. Delivery and returns are covered by our Shipping Policy and Refund & Return Policy.
Your information
You are responsible for the accuracy of the address and contact details you provide with an order. How we collect, use and protect your information is described in our Privacy Policy.
Intellectual property
All content on this site — the text, photography, formulations register, and the HerbOcean and Roshni Botanicals names and marks — is the property of Roshni Botanicals and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
