We dispatch every HerbOcean order from our own facility in Delhi. Orders are usually processed within 1–3 working days, and delivered across India in 4–8 working days through our courier partners (via Shiprocket).
Charges
Shipping is free on all orders across India, with no delivery charge for prepaid (UPI, card or netbanking) orders. A small handling fee applies to Cash on Delivery orders and is shown clearly at checkout before you pay.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link by SMS and email. You can also track any order from our Track Order page.
